Mitch’s Fish Market
Sushi, sashimi, and fish fresh…does it have to be expensive? Hawaii is one of the best places for fresh fish and sushi.
Good sushi can be expensive, but I don’t think it has to be be. I grew up eating sushi and missed it when I lived in the Midwest but even living in the Kansas and Missouri, hubby and I ate sushi. I’m not into uni or lobster and the fancy stuff.

Restaurant Epic has been around since 2007 but sorry to say, I did not try Restaurant Epic until recently. The Epic in the name is an acronym for Euro-Asian Pacific International Cuisine. If you read past Internet reviews, you would not know what to believe because the reviews are contradictory. Here’s my impression.

Having worked as a dietitian and nutritionist for over a decade, eating healthy is not just important, but a way of life to me. I like all kinds of food but I also realize it’s important to make good choices.
