I love barbecue. While I am on the mainland, I try to get as much as I can. Hubby and I had a layover in Memphis and stopped at Corky’s. We ordered the pulled pork plate platter ($13.95) with two sides (french fries and baked beans).
The platter was enough for two of us to share and yummy. The meat was moist and tender and the fries were perfect, crispy on the outside. The baked beans were mildly seasoned and good too. We weren’t even hungry but we ate every bit.
If you happen to be in Tennessee, give Corky’s a try. They have five locations in Tennessee. Corky’s Barbecue is also located in Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi.
